Old-school sourcing platforms built their workflows on the formation of a catalog of suppliers, forcing business owners to dig into this database on their own, looking for really good partners.
The e-commerce owners are always looking for solutions to help automate their business in order to save time and money. They have no time to endlessly scroll and try to find an honest supplier. The challenge is to rethink the whole process of product sourcing.
We present a fresh look at a system that has become obsolete and needs a reboot. It was crucial to target Suppliers at the right audience. Eewoo finds the manufacturers for any business idea.
We made a consistent design for Eewoo marketplace, and created an app that resonates with the right target audience.
The whole interaction process between the Buyer and the Supplier is very well coordinated. The Buyer creates a request, using different metrics, which help Suppliers find it. The Supplier searches for relevant requests in their niche using eMatch technology, according to the initial data and search parameters. The Supplier creates a quote.
The only thing the Buyer needs to do is to compare quotes to pick the best one based on the requirements and needs. Both Buyer and Supplier make a deal and create an order. They leave feedback for each other to help future business partners find each other.
We conducted Alpha testing, it helped us discover some problems and pain points. Here are the decisions we came up with after Alpha testing: Divide the continuous canvas into steps, it helps keep the user focused. Cut the functionality to facilitate the perception of the app at first, but we will add more functions after the release, step by step. Simplify Creating a Quote process and divide it into easy to follow steps.
After the Eewoo release, we will watch 1500 users (Buyers and Suppliers) test the app, check 50 orders, 300 quotes and 200 requests in order to control the reliability, security and ease of interaction.
Eewoo can transform the whole industry, as it is focused on both participants of the process, balancing the scales of responsibilities. On one hand there is a Buyer's idea and financial resources, on the other hand there is the production facilities and Supplier's response to requests.
It sets new goals and heights for the industry, opening up unprecedented opportunities for win-win business development.
