Overview
Unifying the Hospitality Journey from Floor Plan to Guest Experience

The modern hospitality industry suffers from extreme software fragmentation, with venue owners forced to juggle disconnected tools for reservations, inventory, and loyalty. Table is a comprehensive B2B2C ecosystem designed to act as the digital backbone for the HoReCa sector.

Our challenge was to design a unified SaaS ERP that offers venue owners absolute operational control while providing guests with a premium, white-label mobile experience. We transformed complex back-of-house processes into an intuitive interface, ensuring that a single change in the kitchen or floor plan is instantly reflected on the guest’s device in real-time.

Project Overview
Solving Operational Silos in the Hospitality Sector

Fragmented operations lead to data silos and inefficient guest service. Table addresses this by bridging the gap between a restaurant's mission control and the customer's front-end experience. The project required a dual-sided approach: a powerful cloud-based ERP for high-density management and a seamless mobile app for discovery and booking. Our goal was to remove the friction found in traditional POS and booking systems.

By integrating floor planning, real-time menu management, and CRM into one hub, we provided owners with a "single source of truth" that scales from local independent venues to global restaurant chains.

What we did
A Multi-Platform SaaS Ecosystem

We delivered a complete product cycle that included:

  • A high-performance SaaS ERP for real-time table management and staff coordination.
  • A modular "Floor Editor" with drag-and-drop functionality for rapid space optimization.)
  • A white-label mobile application allowing guests to explore venues and book specific tables.
  • An immersive 3D Tour integration and smart menu engine with detailed nutritional data.
  • A scalable design system that supports instant brand adaptation for diverse restaurant identities.
How we did it
Immersion-Based Research and Scalable Logic

The complexity of a dual-sided marketplace required a rigorous research phase. We analyzed the workflows of managers, hostesses, and waiters to pinpoint daily friction points, such as inflexible seating logic and delayed menu updates. By building a high-fidelity information architecture, we ensured that data like allergens, prep times, and booking slots remained accessible but organized.

A key strategic move was the creation of a modular design system. This allows the interface to adapt to any restaurant's brand colors and aesthetics without compromising the underlying usability or accessibility standards.

Operational Precision and Brand Adaptation
The Mission Control: SaaS ERP Logic
We designed the management hub with a focus on high-density information display and rapid task execution. The interface turns chaotic shifts into structured workflows by providing a birds-eye view of the floor's status. We prioritized a "glance-and-act" UX pattern, allowing staff to update table statuses or modify reservations with minimal taps. This dashboard also provides deep analytics on dish performance, helping owners make data-driven decisions regarding their inventory and seating capacity during peak hours.

The Guest Storefront: Mobile Engagement
The guest-facing app was engineered to maximize revenue and conversion through visual appeal. We treated the app as a lead generation tool, integrating immersive 3D tours and smart menu filtering to build diner confidence. By allowing guests to book specific "window seats" or quiet corners, we increased the perceived value of the reservation. The UI was designed to be adaptive, ensuring that the guest experience feels unique to each restaurant brand while the underlying booking logic remains frictionless and synchronized with the back-end ERP.
Outcome
A Production-Ready Blueprint for Scale
The final delivery consisted of a complete Figma ecosystem, including 170+ unique screens and a robust design system tailored for white-labeling. We provided the engineering team with clear documentation on the dynamic syncing logic between the ERP and the mobile front-end. This included detailed notes on the floor editor interactions and the automated CRM triggers. By delivering a modular framework, we empowered Table LLC to onboard new venues rapidly, providing each client with a custom-feeling product that is built on a reliable, enterprise-grade architecture.
