The modern hospitality industry suffers from extreme software fragmentation, with venue owners forced to juggle disconnected tools for reservations, inventory, and loyalty. Table is a comprehensive B2B2C ecosystem designed to act as the digital backbone for the HoReCa sector.
Our challenge was to design a unified SaaS ERP that offers venue owners absolute operational control while providing guests with a premium, white-label mobile experience. We transformed complex back-of-house processes into an intuitive interface, ensuring that a single change in the kitchen or floor plan is instantly reflected on the guest’s device in real-time.
Fragmented operations lead to data silos and inefficient guest service. Table addresses this by bridging the gap between a restaurant's mission control and the customer's front-end experience. The project required a dual-sided approach: a powerful cloud-based ERP for high-density management and a seamless mobile app for discovery and booking. Our goal was to remove the friction found in traditional POS and booking systems.
By integrating floor planning, real-time menu management, and CRM into one hub, we provided owners with a "single source of truth" that scales from local independent venues to global restaurant chains.
We delivered a complete product cycle that included:
The complexity of a dual-sided marketplace required a rigorous research phase. We analyzed the workflows of managers, hostesses, and waiters to pinpoint daily friction points, such as inflexible seating logic and delayed menu updates. By building a high-fidelity information architecture, we ensured that data like allergens, prep times, and booking slots remained accessible but organized.
A key strategic move was the creation of a modular design system. This allows the interface to adapt to any restaurant's brand colors and aesthetics without compromising the underlying usability or accessibility standards.

By focusing on UX clarity and operational integration, the Table design delivers significant business outcomes for its SaaS clients:
