The Challenge: Fragmented Operations in HoReCa

The modern hospitality industry suffers from severe software fragmentation. Restaurant owners typically juggle multiple disconnected tools: one for reservations, another for inventory, a third for POS, and separate platforms for customer loyalty. This creates data silos, operational inefficiencies, and a disjointed experience for guests. Our challenge was to design a unified SaaS ERP ecosystem that solves two critical problems simultaneously:

  1. Give venue owners full control over complex operations (from floor planning to CRM).
  2. Provide a seamless, branded mobile experience for guests to discover venues and book tables in real-time.

A Scalable B2B2C Hospitality Ecosystem

Table is a comprehensive digital backbone for the HoReCa sector. It is not just a management tool; it is a bridge between the kitchen and the customer.

For Business (B2B): A powerful cloud-based ERP that manages floor plans, reservations, menus, and customer data across single locations or global chains.

For Guests (B2C): A white-label mobile app that allows users to find venues, explore menus with detailed nutritional info, take 3D tours, and book specific tables. The result is a synchronized system where a change in the kitchen is instantly reflected on the guest’s phone.

How we did it
Research-Driven and Iterative Approach

To handle the complexity of a dual-sided marketplace (Admins vs. Guests), we adopted a rigorous, step-by-step process.

Discovery & Immersion: We analyzed the workflows of restaurant managers, hostesses, and waiters to understand their daily pain points. We identified that "inflexible table management" was a major friction point.

Structuring the Data: We built a high-fidelity Information Architecture to ensure that complex data (ingredients, allergens, booking time slots) remained accessible and logical.

Scalable Design System: We created a modular design system capable of white-labeling. This allows the interface to adapt to different restaurant brand colors without breaking accessibility or usability standards.

Prototyping & Validation: We tested key flows—specifically the "Floor Editor" for managers and the "3D Table Reservation" for guests—to ensure they were intuitive before final UI polish.

Key features include a drag-and-drop floor editor, real-time table status monitoring, and deep analytics on dish performance. It turns chaotic shifts into structured workflows.

The Guest Mobile App
Designed for Engagement & Revenue. This is the storefront. The app focuses on visual appeal, ease of use, and conversion. It acts as a lead generation tool, turning casual browsers into confirmed guests through immersive 3D tours, smart menu filtering, and a frictionless booking process that syncs directly with the ERP.
